Libertas Study

City of Dubrovnik, Spatial-program study of the Libertasd.o.o. zone in Dubrovnik, 2013

At the invitation of the investors – the company Libertas d.o.o. from Dubrovnik – and in collaboration with the company IVAARCH d.o.o., we elaborated a spatial-program study of a zone owned by the investor in Komolac. After a detailed analysis of all spatial-program conditions and the conditions determined by the planning documentation of a higher order, we suggested the construction of a modern residential settlement for young families, with a landscaped green area and children’s daycare.
